This is my favourite cardigan I wear to knit in!! I bet a lot of you out there are surprised???
My mum made this to wear with her traditional Austrian costume which is called a 'dirndl'
It's so warm and toasty to wear on those chilly mornings and nights.
I think she loves the fact that I'm getting good use out of it. She did say that if I ever decide to give it away 'please, please cut the buttons off'. Apparently the buttons came from Austria.
They are very nice metal buttons.
