Friday

A photo a day in August #13 and 14th

Ahh forgot to post photo's here yesterday... I posted photo's yesterday here instead.
Today's photo was take just minutes ago in my garden. It's the first time in weeks that I've seen blue sky and sun..So Big Bunny and I went for a run in the veggie garden!

Off, off of the computer and out to do some long awaited domestic duties and some painting!!

Sunday

Hoppy Mothers Day!!

A bunny for mutti. I made this little girl bunny for my mum. The button on her cardigan was one that my mum gave me last year. It came from a cardigan she owned that came from Austria.
I'll be making a few more like her that are a little more child friendly. These have not been distressed with coffee or tea and have no varnish coating.
I'm really enjoying the tiny knitting, however I still dislike sewing the pieces together.

Easter Big Buns!

Lovely portrait shots of Big Bunny taken by my friend Nickolay. Checkout his other wild life photo's here!

Monday

We have a bun in the oven!!!!

Oops I meant Bunny, :) We haven't named him yet. he is very cute and the cats so far are bemused by him. Well maybe that is not the right word Ned was OK with him until bunny started to hump him!! I don't know much about bunnies other than they like to chew electric cables and books. We've bought him a nice mix of bunny grains for him that he seems to love. He also has a fondness for nasturtium leaves and apples!

He is quite a strong little bugger, those back legs and claws could do some damage. At the moment he lives in the laundry but gets to go out into the yard everyday for a huge run and dirt bath! Pig is starting to build him a hutch so he will have a proper home!

Any bunny advice welcomed!!

Oh and this little bunny will not be making it into the oven!
