a snake in the grass

A cute little snake pattern from Jess Hutchinson, he has been on of my WIP's for a while. So happy that he is finished as he has fast become a real favourite.
Much to my surprise I've been slowly sewing together My Pagan Jumper which I re-knitted last year and its not too bad.
There is a pair of garter stitch mittens, Ala Sweeney Todd style on the go too.
Bunny and elephant sales have been doing quite well and I've nearly reached my first 20 sales!
I'd love to do a little arty crafty sway with a few people maybe with a theme, any ideas?? Something tactile would be good.
I'm back to work soon so will have to be really, really disciplined and organized at home if I'm to get work done in the studio too. Don't know how that's going to happen.
I'm already dreading a few things like the cats will really miss me and I we were all doing so well at communicating with one another, being able to walk in the garden when the sun is out. Making copious amounts of tea and coffee, do a bit of baking when I feel like it and of course late night horror movies. Hmmm wonder if I can work from home?
Any way back to the studio for me!!

Love your snake in the grass!!! Is all this activity because going back to work draws near??It is hard to go back to work, I always hated it after the long Summer holidays and I KNOW that the dogs missed me!! But they adapted and I am sure the cats will too!! They are very resourceful!! Great sales news!!!

Knitting is very conducive to thought. It is nice to knit a while, put down the needles, write a while, then take up the sock again.
