Found one!! The mega Easter Egg hunt is on!!

Easter Egg hunt Tea Cosy
When Vivian invited me to join the Easter Egg hunt swap I hopped at the opportunity even though I had no idea what to make. After days of searching for ideas online and not finding anything really inspiring I thought about what I loved about Easter as a kid. The colouring of the eggs the night before and the excitement early in the morning of hunting for these eggs with my brothers and sister in our backyard. Wouldn't it be nice to put this idea across??
It just so happened that I had just purchased ' Wild Tea Cosies ' by Loani Prior, while looking through the pages an idea started to form. I took the knitted base from the book, found a site online how to knit Easter eggs and the flowers and leaves came from Knitting over the Edge by Nicky Epstein and Knitted Flowers by Nicky Epstein.
I hope that my swap partner is happy with this cosy. I had fully intended to make myself one before Easter but it doesn't look like it's going to happen!
Thanks Vivian for the fun swap and crafty motivation!
Looking forward to receiving mine real soon!!
